Mitigating Bias in Scientific Evaluation and Decision-Making Processes

E-Learning Course published

Every individual is biased in different ways and to varying degrees. Even in research, which per se strives for facts and evidence, bias cannot be ruled out. The DFG's new e-learning course provides training to mitigate bias.

The DFG cordially invites everyone interested to participate!

Analysis of the Involvement of Subject Areas in Clusters of Excellence

DFG publishes data story on the second round of the Excellence Strategy

One of the key findings of the analysis is that the subject profile of the clusters largely reflects that of ongoing DFG funding. Only minor shifts have occurred compared to the first round of the competition.
